Mobile County Emergency Management Agency (MCEMA) has the primary responsibilityfor development of plans to provide protection for our citizens and property in all emergencies that may affect our county.

In order to do that, we have tasked ourselves with doing the following to help protect life and property:

M - otivate county residents to plan and prepare for all emergencies
C - oordinate and Communicate vital information in a timely manner
E - ducate the public about hazards and response planning
M - obilize the needed resources to respond to any situation
A - ct swiftly and efficiently when disasters do strike
